Recondition fee added above what we were quoted, Came to buy 2018 Ford Explorer with 15k miles and no “reconditioning” had been needed or done. Not paying 2k for reconditioning!!!! More

We had viewed and test driven the vehicle on one day and went back the following day to complete the administrative and financial paperwork to conclude the purchase but this took 5 HOURS to complete. We were kept waiting for far too long. If it was not for the good condition of the vehicle and the fair price we would have walked out before completing the purchase. Also on taking the vehicle we discovered accessory items as shown on the window sticker being included in the price were not in the vehicle and having since contacted the salesman about this we are now being fobbed off with some lame story. Also at the time of delivery, although the vehicle was basically clean it had not been valeted or prepared for customer delivery. Overall a disappointing service from a manufacturer main dealer. More
