Overall Okay Experience I called the dealership and spoke with Felecia and gave 4 stock #’s on vehicles I was interested in. She assured me they were on the lot. I sold my car and had a “vip appointment” set up. I get to the dealership and she hands me off to someone else. My salesman was good - but it’s a little disappointing when you speak with 1 person all along and then get handed off to someone new. They pull up a RAV4 and have me test drive it. Afterwards - I ask the price and of course, it’s $2,500+ more than the ones I inquired about. So I ask about the ones that I were told was on the lot - and apparently Felecia left for the day.. and they were not on that lot. WOW! That’s the only reason I went to this dealership (an hour from my home). All in all - the deal made was decent and my salesman was good. Just frusterating when you get told one thing and then when you get there it’s a different story. Kyle in Finance was great though and that part went fine! More
