Terrible Service! I had an appointment on 4-18-19, Thursday morning @9;00am for my first 5,000 Oil change in my new vehicle. Efriam the Service tech was very nice and t I had an appointment on 4-18-19, Thursday morning @9;00am for my first 5,000 Oil change in my new vehicle. Efriam the Service tech was very nice and told me about 9:45am they were running about 20mins behind. At 10:45am I noticed on the board/TV that shows Customers names and vehicles that mine is not on it. I asked Efriam. and he said they haven't taken your truck back yet because the "truck" Oil changes are running behind so it will be 45 min-or more at which time I asked for my keys. 45 mins more wait plus an hour or so to do the Oil change would have made this Oil Change be a 4 HOUR ordeal...It took me that long to purchase the vehicle! I left a message for the Service Manager Mr. Hawinkson to return my call will he do not. I called and spoke with Mr. James Green which is under Mr. Hawkinson and he said Mr. Hawkinson was given my message. More
