Selling services not required We went in for general maintainer and were told the battery did not test; however, we had replaced the battery 15 months earlier at the same service c We went in for general maintainer and were told the battery did not test; however, we had replaced the battery 15 months earlier at the same service center. After we told them, we were told they would retest the battery. Over an hour later we were told the battery was fine- just a bad cable connection. The first test was good enough to sell us a battery but not good enough to replace on their dime? I am sure we will use this dealership for warranty service, but we have little confidence or trust in them giving us a true evaluation of maintenance needed. More

Several disappointments The 2018 dodge truck we were shown looked okay. The scrathes on the sides of the truck were not visible in the glaring hot sun. My husband is disabled The 2018 dodge truck we were shown looked okay. The scrathes on the sides of the truck were not visible in the glaring hot sun. My husband is disabled. My concern was for him and his safety. The young salesgirl was not very knowledgeable or helpful in pointing out things. When we arrived home, I called her about scratches. SHe said she would have areas sanded down and taken care of. Unfortunately, not yet. Secondly, we were handed one key. I asked for second key. I was told used trucks/cars rarely had the second key. Previous owners don't turn them in. Justin said. No offer to have a second key made. What do I do if key lost/misplaced? Lastly, the salespeople attached our disabled veteran licence plate on truck. A few days later, we get a call that we can't use it as my disabled husband not on car loan. I requested you place speak with loan bank to add his name. Apparently, you didn't. A day later, we receive a regular license plate from you. Why didn't the gentleman handling the paperwork know about these rules? I asked, at the time, and he said no problem. I am hugely disappointed. We are an elderly couple. Wouldnt you think we could trust you to know what to do to make sure our needs were met? More
