That was 7pm our sales rep Charlie didn't want to work till 10 to do all the paperwork and I understood neither did I. He was off Wednesday no big deal I wont make you work on your day off. Here comes Thursday and 9 am, I'm asking him to let me know when all is set and I can grab the car. He states the car is sold but don't worry I have more cars like it. GM would not call us as requested, as we just wanted our side of the story heard, we were told her could possibly call tomorrow. Yikes. If you don't get the car same day and try to use your own credit union beware it may drive away. I should have read all these reviews and drove to Tampa for customer service. This location gives Signature Toyota a bad name. Because any other location I has been great. This was just unprofessional. August 21 2019 I arrived at Lakeland d Toyota for our first 5,000 mile check and Efrain Hazim came out immediately to greet me. He asked why I was there and I told I arrived at Lakeland d Toyota for our first 5,000 mile check and Efrain Hazim came out immediately to greet me. He asked why I was there and I told him to rotate the tires and check the fluids. He invited me to go inside to his service desk where he printed off my service papers to sign. He told me it would be between 1 and 1 1/2 hrs and I went to sit down in the waiting room. It was about 1/2 hr and he came to me and said he was done and went over what he had done and I signed the papers and was on my way. Efrain was polite, respectful and extremely quick.
