Almost 3 hours for oil change? No real reason given on why it took almost three hours for simple oil change. My service writer really didn’t even really do much, she didn’t do the No real reason given on why it took almost three hours for simple oil change. My service writer really didn’t even really do much, she didn’t do the intake or finish up the ticket. I asked her one time to check status of my vehicle, after all ready waiting for 1 1/2 hour, she said twenty minutes, it took over an hour to complete. Not really that busy but nonetheless I wasted 3 hours. Won’t go back, should I’d learned my lesson when I had wife’s SUV oil changed there and they underfilled it. More
