YALL WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS - stay away from this TOYOTA! I choose a vehicle to purchase, but before buying it there were broken pieces in the interior and deep scratches on the vehicle. I was given a “WE OWE YOU” - and told I would be contacted to schedule a date to bring it in to have those issues fixed. Three weeks later - no contact from service. I called and left a message at Toyota, and soon after my salesman contacted me saying that Clay with service had been trying to contact me but no luck. Which is false. Finally Clay calls and schedules me to bring in my car for drop off. 1 1/2 weeks later when picking up my car - I noticed it was “dusty”. I took it to the car wash and the “dust” wouldn’t come off. I took it another car dealership service center who told me my car was covered in overspray! See photos. My windshield is covered, lights, and the top of my vehicle - therefore depreciating the value of my vehicle. I was instructed by the receptionist to email Damon Hawkinson. I did - no answer. Surprisingly, I ran into my salesman in public and showed him photos of my car and he said that it was uncalled for and I needed to stop by that weekend to have Matt Howard look at it. I brought it the following weekend, and again I was informed the overspray was unacceptable. MOSTLY BECAUSE WHEN THE SUN SHINES ON THE WINDSHIELD YOU CANT SEE WHEN DRIVING! During our conversation I explained how I went a week without pay, that day was missing more work, and the gas back and forth was uncalled for. He said that he would provide a gas card or an amount of $250 which he thought was fair due to my circumstances of missing so much work. He told me to call him Monday and he would schedule for me to bring it back in. I called Monday, and was told a Mike would call. No call. I contact my salesman, and finally this Mike guy calls. Mike tells me Matt Howard no longer works there and he’ll be in charge. When I dropped off my car they had a guy come talk to me about the $250 since Matt was no longer. When I left he said that I’d have a check the following Monday or Tuesday for me to “remember to come ask for me - Patrick the Red Head!” Mike called and left a voicemail that my car was ready for pickup but also adding that Patrick and sales decided not to pay me for my inconveniences or their lack of due diligence. That I could move forward with “other measures” - meaning an attorney. When I picked up my car after the second go around - my car was still covered in overspray, I had areas with chipped paint that weren’t there before, and my windshield has damage to it. Not to mention the inside smelled so bad - what I would describe as barf or dirty mop water. I brought Clay from service out and had him see it before I left the property. He shook his head and stated it was uncalled for. I then asked for a service report on who had my vehicle and what all was done - I was refused this information by Clay staying he couldn’t provide it until the morning. I went inside and asked a service man if I had rights to my service report and he said, “Yes, Clay gives it to you.” I went back to Clay who was frantically looking for my salesman (who wasn’t there) and said I wanted my service report. He printed me out a bogus report with absolute no information and still refused to tell me who had and “painted” my car. Clay told me Mike would call me the next day to discuss what was going on - nothing. I text my salesman when I left - nothing. Also, they had my friend sign for a car and brought her out a totally different car then she drove. She drove a vehicle with black interior and they gave her one with white - only to turn around and take TWO months to give her the correct car because for some reason they wouldn’t let her have the one she drove. The unprofessionalism and grossness of this company is high. Salesman said, “we’re a multi-billion dollar company we’ll take care of you..” don’t buy here. Just go somewhere else. More

seems to apparently be in the bait and switch business, be careful. Called on a car listed on website and cars sites, on market for >70 days, "apparently it doesn't exist... must of sold, but if you can co be careful. Mentioned you should probably tell me something about the car first, sales person hung up on me. Typical bait and switch scenario, be careful of this dealer. More

Service Manager Paul McNeill took care of my 2021 Toyota Venza with the usual care and efficiency.
