They forgot to change the oil even though it was on the ticket of things to be done so we had to wait for it to be done after we got there to pick up the car.It wouldn't have been done if I hadn't notice t ticket of things to be done so we had to wait for it to be done after we got there to pick up the car.It wouldn't have been done if I hadn't notice the maintenance light was still on and the sticker hadn't been changed. We were charged $50 disposal fee which is ridiculous. More

Took my car in to have it checked out for road noise on rear passenger side. I thought maybe a wheel bearing was going and I wanted it checked out before heading back to Canada. Service rep reported I need rear passenger side. I thought maybe a wheel bearing was going and I wanted it checked out before heading back to Canada. Service rep reported I needed new brakes, front and back, four new tires and that there was no coolant in the rad when the vehicle was brought in. She said the rad had a very bad leak and it would also need to be replaced. I questioned her on how this could be as I had just driven 3000km with no issue of over heating and no dash alarms. She then proceeded to tell me someone had put coolant in the windshield washer resivor because there was pink fluid in it. I informed her I topped up the windshield fluid before heading out on this trip and yes it was pink, She could not show me were the leak was in the rad. I checked the rad fluid level and it was full. At this point I took my car and left. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, I would give it a less than 1 Star rating if I could. More
