Vehicle was serviced in an hour which was the predicted time they gave me upon arrival. Lakeland Toyota Cares My son was driving my car on a Friday and was hit head on and totaled my car. No injuries to either drivers thank goodness. I am a single parent. Now, I do not have a way to get to work, which is in Tampa, FL. So, I was looking on Lakeland Toyota's website and found a used car I liked. I found a pearl white 2016 Nissan Altima. I selected for someone to contact me about the car. Right after my selection I received a call from Madison at Lakeland Toyota letting me know that the car I inquired about is on their lot, and I can come look at it. My sister came and picked me up and we headed to the Toyota dealership on Mall Hill Rd. We arrived and promptly was greeted by salesman Troy DeMan. It was nothing but net after this!!! Troy is an amazing sales person who tended to my requests, wants and needs. NOT his!!! I came with my mind made up for the car I found online and I had a budget . I was weary of how I might be baggered into something I did not want, with a price I could not afford. Thank God for Troy DeMan. Troy sold me the car I that I selected online for a payment that I could afford. FINANCE DEPARTMENT- Financing, the scary part of the game, and the signing of your life away. But Michelle in billing was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything in terms that I could understand. Michelle is good at her job, and she was very thorough with all the extras. Great team, Madison online, Troy in sales, and finance with Michelle. This was the best experience with car buying I have ever had. I have my new car that I can afford.
