My salesman Joan… Did a great job very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I would say is it we bought a used vehicle 2019 it was the worst detail job I’ve ever seen… If it wasn’t for my salesman tak friendly. Service is not thorough. Twice I’ve had problems after a service because problems were not identified. Had battery and alternator replaced. About a month later cable under battery caused total dead car. Thi service because problems were not identified. Had battery and alternator replaced. When I had brakes repaired At Toyota recommendation suddenly several new problems identified. These problems should have been identified during routine service. I only take car there now for emergencies. More

Stood in line 40 minutes to return loaner car- then got in car snd a box with a filter was in the floor board- they had to call a tech to see if it was installed or not.
