Oh man...where do I begin. We bought a Chrysler Pacifica from this dealer. A woman named Michelle helped us get it. A week after we got the left sliding door started to have problem, it would close and open from this dealer. A woman named Michelle helped us get it. A week after we got the left sliding door started to have problem, it would close and open back up and a few days later it started to have issues to turn on. I went back to the dealer thinking and the supposed manager named Manny first told me that I had to wait a month for the warranty to kick in and get it fix, basically they were not going to take it back, even though we had it for less then a month. Then we talk to one of the men that wears a tide, who could not help us either. Long story short I’m still having issues with the van, they didn’t want to take back or at least exchange it. Worst experience I ever had. And I’m not even mentioning all the other times we had to go there because we have to sign more papers. DON’T GO TO Toyota Lakeland or you will end up with a van/car that doesn’t work, even if it’s used. More
