When we picked the truck back up, it had virtually no brakes, completely put my son’s life at risk. I told them it felt like they didn’t bleed the brakes properly. They assure me they bled the brakes. Their Customer Service manager went through the effort of coming to get my truck from my house and then later called to say it they bled the brakes again and it still had no brakes. They said as a result, the brake master cylinder had to be replaced at a cost of $1600.00. Feeling something was not right (because my truck had no signs of brake issues when I initially dropped it off), I drove it back home, bled the brakes and problem solved. Brakes back to normal. Took me 5 minutes. I also found that they installed the ABS sensor in wrong (another MAJOR safety issue) and back brake pads weren’t even adjusted after they reinstalled it. Down to working only 3 days a week due to COVID so money is very tight, but they had no problem trying to take advantage of me and $1600.00 of my HARD EARNED cash. Can’t help but wonder how many other people they’ve taken advantage of...Absolutely ABHORRENT!! More
I don’t recommend going on a Saturday it’s a cluster you know what ,a lot of junior employees that need more training in order to make it a quicker process. I also brought my car in for service, I had an appointment and it took three hours from r something the took 5 min and when you have a young child that’s the whole reason for making an appointment. Not satisfied. The service reminder was not removed so now I have to remove it each time I’m use the car. They didn’t was the ca as my dealer in Wisconsin always does. Liars!! I purchased a car cash. They told me they needed my social security number to go to DMV they ran my credit. They sold me a car saying it went through a 120 point inspection. Not even an hour after l my social security number to go to DMV they ran my credit. They sold me a car saying it went through a 120 point inspection. Not even an hour after leaving the reservoir was leaking fluid. The car shut off several times. I had a warranty, they never honored the warranty and fixed the vehicle. They are dishonest and crooks. Worst dealership ever it was my first time purchasing a car and they made the experience horrible. After I purchased the car used mind you it was a Toyota with only 29,000 miles on it. I started noticing things wrong with it for example the tire light was on, the car made a loud cabin sound when I accelerated and of course I tell them and it took them 4 hours to change 2 tires, but the tire light was still on but I found out on my own it was the censor so took it back again got that fixed and noticed my front center light was falling down. Come to find out it was held up with Velcro. I was livid so they tell me to come back that they had to order the clips for it and I told them in not driving another hour and a half to them and to send the clips to my address. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing. But I knew they would do that so I ordered the clips online myself. Horrible horrible place More
