Liars!! I purchased a car cash. They told me they needed my social security number to go to DMV they ran my credit. They sold me a car saying it went through a 120 point inspection. Not even an hour after l my social security number to go to DMV they ran my credit. They sold me a car saying it went through a 120 point inspection. Not even an hour after leaving the reservoir was leaking fluid. The car shut off several times. I had a warranty, they never honored the warranty and fixed the vehicle. They are dishonest and crooks. Worst dealership ever it was my first time purchasing a car and they made the experience horrible. After I purchased the car used mind you it was a Toyota with only 29,000 miles on it. I started noticing things wrong with it for example the tire light was on, the car made a loud cabin sound when I accelerated and of course I tell them and it took them 4 hours to change 2 tires, but the tire light was still on but I found out on my own it was the censor so took it back again got that fixed and noticed my front center light was falling down. Come to find out it was held up with Velcro. I was livid so they tell me to come back that they had to order the clips for it and I told them in not driving another hour and a half to them and to send the clips to my address. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing. But I knew they would do that so I ordered the clips online myself. Horrible horrible place More

Oh man...where do I begin. We bought a Chrysler Pacifica from this dealer. A woman named Michelle helped us get it. A week after we got the left sliding door started to have problem, it would close and open from this dealer. A woman named Michelle helped us get it. A week after we got the left sliding door started to have problem, it would close and open back up and a few days later it started to have issues to turn on. I went back to the dealer thinking and the supposed manager named Manny first told me that I had to wait a month for the warranty to kick in and get it fix, basically they were not going to take it back, even though we had it for less then a month. Then we talk to one of the men that wears a tide, who could not help us either. Long story short I’m still having issues with the van, they didn’t want to take back or at least exchange it. Worst experience I ever had. And I’m not even mentioning all the other times we had to go there because we have to sign more papers. DON’T GO TO Toyota Lakeland or you will end up with a van/car that doesn’t work, even if it’s used. More
