Jason marchant did absolutely amazing ! From picking the car out and with the help of Brandon getting us to the price range we wanted. My first experience with this company was terrible!! I bought a 2016 Ford Escape. I was told it was gonna be a certain amount then got to the finance man it with up. Got my book in the mail it was nothing bought a 2016 Ford Escape. I was told it was gonna be a certain amount then got to the finance man it with up. Got my book in the mail it was nothing I was told. I had my car a month it stated leaking above both doors. Leaving stains! I called the service department talk to Mandy she said I had no warrant. No I didn't get the extended warrent.. She said I had a 30 day warranty I was NEVER TOLD ABOUT!!!. How did I know it had leaks over the doors if it was not raining within the month I had it. So since it was over the 30 day I got SCREWED!! They sure did not mind taking 3500.00 from me. Be like Chevrolet people and help your customers out in stead of screwing them over Don't think for one min they will. Be smart go somewhere else!! Do not spend your hard working money with the Toyota People!!! More
Almost took $1600.00 from me.Dropped my teenage son’s Almost took $1600.00 from me. Dropped my teenage son’s truck off to fix the rear differential. When we picked the truck back up, it had virtually n Almost took $1600.00 from me. Dropped my teenage son’s truck off to fix the rear differential. When we picked the truck back up, it had virtually no brakes, completely put my son’s life at risk. I told them it felt like they didn’t bleed the brakes properly. They assure me they bled the brakes. Their Customer Service manager went through the effort of coming to get my truck from my house and then later called to say it they bled the brakes again and it still had no brakes. They said as a result, the brake master cylinder had to be replaced at a cost of $1600.00. Feeling something was not right (because my truck had no signs of brake issues when I initially dropped it off), I drove it back home, bled the brakes and problem solved. Brakes back to normal. Took me 5 minutes. I also found that they installed the ABS sensor in wrong (another MAJOR safety issue) and back brake pads weren’t even adjusted after they reinstalled it. Down to working only 3 days a week due to COVID so money is very tight, but they had no problem trying to take advantage of me and $1600.00 of my HARD EARNED cash. Can’t help but wonder how many other people they’ve taken advantage of...Absolutely ABHORRENT!! More
I don’t recommend going on a Saturday it’s a cluster you know what ,a lot of junior employees that need more training in order to make it a quicker process. In all honesty when you’re making a large purchase you want to deal with somebody that is confident and knows what they’re talking about and does not say the word I think, possibly, or could be. I also brought my car in for service, I had an appointment and it took three hours from r something the took 5 min and when you have a young child that’s the whole reason for making an appointment. Not satisfied. The service reminder was not removed so now I have to remove it each time I’m use the car. They didn’t was the ca as my dealer in Wisconsin always does.
