I asked for a survey 3 times and to no surprise I didn’t receive one. I have always received good service here until my last two scheduled visits. I had maintenance appt which went fairly well. I specifically told the service advisor my tire indicator light keeps coming on after I put air in my tires and suggested it might be just the indicator light. My car was finished within 40 minutes (awesome) and was told I just needed air in my tire and that all my tires were in good shape. Two days later, that light came back on. Brought it back to Toyota with a scheduled appt to find out there was a nail in my tire. I assumed there was. The service advisor told me I needed 4 new tires. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! . I agreed to one new tire covered by maintenance agreement. The young lady that got out of my car was not wearing a mask. I found that very disrespectful. Came back the following day to have tire put on. Two hours later. Young lady came back with my car NOT WEARING A MASK!!. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership. Two which were new. Seriously don’t believe you will be selling me another vehicle. I forgot to mention, when I came in for my maintenance appt, before I could walk in after dropping off my car, I was met at the door from a salesman wanting to sell me a car. I just purchased my car in December and told him I was not currently interested. He pulled up with a rav4 and asked me to sit in it. I totally was not interested. Didnt appreciate being called sweetly and honey from one of my service advisors. I don’t like terms of endearment. I am done venting. All in all it was a terrible experience More

After literally saying I can't make payments it's to high you might have to repo the car, they could care less. They will sell you a gift covered in glitter to unwrap a contract from xxxx that u can't get out of. They also don't tell you , you have 3 days to trade if not happy after your contract. More

Last service experience was bad. I was called to approve a repair over a thousand dollars during routine oil change that turned out a diagnostic error when contested. They claimed entire fuel tank needed ch a repair over a thousand dollars during routine oil change that turned out a diagnostic error when contested. They claimed entire fuel tank needed changing and became defensive when I inquired about the repair. Once I arrived back to dealership they said it was an error from their part. Lost trust in their service department because they would’ve easily charged me for an unnecessary repair had I said yes over the phone. More
