I was pleased with the service department they were great! Chad took care of everything I asked. This is a very busy, little bit chaotic dealership. Just needs a little tweaking as everyone needs a little more focus on what is needed to streamline a purchase. This dealership's facilities are very modern and have a great layout. My sales rep, Ravi, was very knowledgeable and helpful during my visit. I would give them no star if possible. I had them do a diagnostic on my cars AC problem. They came back with, replace compressor for $1700, along with the diagnostic fee. In the process of digging around at my cabin filter, they managed to drop a dead bird in to my fan motor. I refused their AC repair and took my vehicle to a reputable dealer and they replaced the high side AC valve and recharged the system. Total charge $175.00 before tax ,replaced valve, system charged and working perfect. More
