I would give them no star if possible. I had them do a diagnostic on my cars AC problem. They came back with, replace compressor for $1700, along with the diagnostic fee. In the process of digging around at my cabin filter, they managed to drop a dead bird in to my fan motor. I refused their AC repair and took my vehicle to a reputable dealer and they replaced the high side AC valve and recharged the system. Total charge $175.00 before tax ,replaced valve, system charged and working perfect. More

Had an appointment for service. Arrived about 15 minutes early and was treated with respect and kindness. Service was completed in good time. Service tech was helpful and gracious. Had one person contacting by name Amanda Howard. Went back in forth about car availability but always came down to "you should setup appointment to visit dealership". Finally, setup an appointment. She told me to come and ask for Amanda. But when I showed up (in my appointment time) and asked for her, front desk she already left. Other rep said that she didn't provide any information about appointment and they knew nothing about my visit. Later I still kept getting text from Amanda, even though I asked to stop. When confronted her about bad customer experience, her excuse was that she was at home with her daughter, although she told me to come and ask for her. I know it is only one employee but Lakeland Toyota do something about it, or you will get bad rep around Lakeland for this kind of customer service. More
