I arrived on time. It took way to long to do a oil change, plus put some air in my tire. I left there 2 1/2 hours later. I will never go back there for a oil change. I arrived on time for a 10 am appointment for an oil change, informed as I arrived they were running behind at least an 1 1/2-2 hours behind. The gentleman I dealt with was very rude when after two Hou change, informed as I arrived they were running behind at least an 1 1/2-2 hours behind. The gentleman I dealt with was very rude when after two Hours I checked to see when I would have my car. He didn’t know where my car was and then came back and Informed me it would be another 45 min. 2 1/2 hours after my appointment my vehicle was finished. I told him many people don’t block for a 2 1/2 hour oil change when you informed me they typically guarantee 1 hour. A courtesy call prior To arriving informing customers of an unnecessary wait would be good customer service. More
