They were great. I was told by a different dealer that I need brakes. I told Lakeland Toyota to look at my brakes and put on the either the front or back, the worse o I was told by a different dealer that I need brakes. I thank Paul the service writer and the mechanic who checked my brakes for being honest. I did get other work done. So, Lakeland Toyota, just got a new customer because they were honest not money hungry. More

This dealership has been the worst I have have ever dealt with. No Communication between departments. General manager uses high pressured selling and curses at employees when he doesn’t get what he wants cus with. No Communication between departments. They also pressured me to come in to pick up vehicle and then they came up a BS story once I got there they had me waiting for hours wasting my time, gas.I won’t ever recommend this place and I tell everyone around about my experience. The only reason deal still went one is because they had the color and suv I wanted with storages and having my kids still in school I couldn’t travel to another state to start over negotiations.if not I would have walked away money or credit wasn’t an issue in my case I never felt so belittled, constantly being lied to and pressured. Different people from same dealership calling saying your approval is in come pick up. Few hours later gm would call say deal isn’t done. Meanwhile financial department says it is I have signed copies and everything suv insured just a nightmare that I was someone would have warned me. More

Took a week to get an appointment for a warranty oil change. Arrived at he dealership 15 minutes early and was told the oil change and tire rotation would take an hour and a half. It is now two and a change. Arrived at he dealership 15 minutes early and was told the oil change and tire rotation would take an hour and a half. It is now two and a half hours later and I’ve been informed they are just now starting to work on the truck. 3 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. I still have one warranty change coming. I’d rather pay somewhere else and save two hours. More
