Very Unhappy client! I do not recommend this place, stay away. There is plenty of dealers out there, it was a HIGH-price lesson learning for me. I understand that in most dealerships is not an easy task to Negotiate a Deal. These people lied to you on your face about all those rebates, because I never had one. To start with I asked the salesperson's name, "Jupiter Maginnis" about the discounts that they send me in text messages, and he said that those rebates do NOT exist. Since I really want to find out about an SUV RAV , and I had a good trade I continue, but he only had a used SUV. I asked to lower the car price on the SUV, and he said we do not do this over here ( That's When I lost the chance to walk away. (IT WAS A BIG RED FLAG). He said SUV is a very expensive car, so he presented me with a New Toyota Camry, Again I asked to lower the car price, and he said NO it's a brand new car, we can't. Then he asked me for my car keys to check the value of my trade, then he hold my keys. Since the car was so expensive I asked so many times to give my car keys back because the Toyota Camry was very expensive I could not afford it, and they did not give me my car keys back I could not leave the place. I did not want to be RUDE that's not my nature, but I should have told them That I would call the Authority if they didn't give my car keys Back. Finally, We had an agreement on my trade. (After so many hours of debate went to finance to speak with MICHELE BRAKE, She gave me 10% on my loan, and she said that my "680" score credit was not enough for a good rate. I said No thank you, in that case, I can not afford THEM. I grab my stuff and walk away, I asked for my car keys repeatedly 100 times, and my mother was with me she is a 76-year-old lady and she and I was Hungry after a whole day of exhaustion. So Michele BRAKE gave me 8% and asked me to sign, the agreement, and said since is SUNDAY, I can not work on your rate, but Monday I will do so, I promise and you will have a better Rate. MY BIG mistake, I did drive the car home. Monday morning on 09/12/22 I called her back she said I only can give you 8.91 % no better than. Again I said I can not afford it. so she send me another contract ( Email) with 7.89% little better, but with all the EXTRA warranties around $3000 on top of the price, I said I don't want that option. She said to them YOUR RATE will be 8.91% without the warranty. So, I drove the car back, EXTREMELY NERVOUS, I LOST hours of work. They do NOT want to take the car back off Curse. After a LONG waiting period, I spoke with another finance manager. Michelle was not around and they gave 7. 89 % Without all the warranties, They did not GIVE me any rebate that was promised, I have the text messages to prove it. I am saying all this to make ANYONE out there who doesn't have much experience like me to be aware of these People at LAKELAND. Be ready to call the authority on them, before you sign any paper. It was A Horrible Experience. I feel that it was Harassment on their part, towards me for sure. NO ONE deserves to have this type of experience. (2925 Mall Hill 33810) Stay away Please. More

I had a repair done today. This was my first experience with Lakeland Toyota. It is a beautiful building with comfortable seating for people waiting for service. The morning service process was very well thought out, smooth, and painless to the customers. The only thing preventing me from giving five stars is that I thought the labor rate to be high. Long line (even with appointment). We requested, while the truck was being serviced and on property for several hours, to have body shop adviser walk over to service (approximately 40 We requested, while the truck was being serviced and on property for several hours, to have body shop adviser walk over to service (approximately 40 yards... 120 ft) to take a look at a small dime-sized dent (very small) in the front fender and to give an estimate. No big deal. Oh no! Can't do that. WE have to take the truck back to the body shop when we return to pick up the vehicle. That's ok. Six months ago, we bought TWO 2022 Toyotas at another dealership 3 hours after the Sales Manager at Lakeland Toyota refused to deal. Taking the truck elsewhere for a simple dent is no problem at all.
