I bought a 2022 Chevrolet Colorado there and into the negotiation process and near closing the purchase I asked about the second set of keys for the truck. My salesman told me he would locate them. Later negotiation process and near closing the purchase I asked about the second set of keys for the truck. My salesman told me he would locate them. Later he told me they did not have them and would get one for that Monday when we had to go back to the dealership. That didn’t happen. I called a couple times and left messages to get an update on the key status. No response. Finally one of their service managers called me and advised me that they were trying to get the key from the previous owner. I guess it was to no avail as I texted the salesman and he said they didn’t receive anything. He went even further to say that he did not say the part about getting a key for that Monday and getting it programmed. Told him I had enough of this run-around. They got their sale and I guess that’s it. Don’t say your going to do something and then don’t do it. Hope they don’t treat all vets like this More

Had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change. Showed up 20 minutes early, was met by service writer which was very helpful BUT was immediately told it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours before service wo Showed up 20 minutes early, was met by service writer which was very helpful BUT was immediately told it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours before service would be done...not good! Turns out the service was 2-1/2 hours for an OIL CHANGE!!! Price quoted was not what I had to pay. Too many up sales "recommended"! Nice people but bad service...Will NOT be back!!! Been to other Toyota dealers with no big issues...not this one! How they make changes so others have a better experience. More

I have a new Avalon that I bought at another dealer for a lot less money than Lakeland was willing to sell for. My car quit and was towed to Lakeland dealer. ICSF malfunction and secondary brake lights flas lot less money than Lakeland was willing to sell for. My car quit and was towed to Lakeland dealer. ICSF malfunction and secondary brake lights flashed across my instrument panel. In addition it was out of gas. Two days earlier I had a full tank. I showed the service rep the photos of the notifications and she offered a rental car. I asked if there was a charge she said no. I asked again before they gave me the car to double check. When I picked it up the next day she said it wasn’t covered because their diagnostics did not confirm a problem. I said what about the pictures? Reply: Toyota won’t recognize that, they need proof. If it happens again drive it here without turning it off. I told her I would not have taken the rental if there was a charge. The tow truck driver saw the Messages too. I was hoping to use them for service since they are so close, but not anymore. I owned Cadillacs before and when I had my car serviced they would wash the car. I guess I shouldn’t expect the same service from Toyota but this was my first experience and not a very good one. More
