Had an issue with my Toyota RAV4 last service but Damon (Service Manager) was very professional, courteous and understanding. He helped me personally resolved the issue. Driving this morning was gonna be my last one but changed my mind on one conversation. Mistakes happens occasionally but having an outstanding manager makes it better. You guys screwed me from day one on a new set of tires! !!!! I had a blow out 2 miles from the dealership the day I bought the tires. Was told the tires were improperly installed . You as a dealership should let your Customers know that the people doing tires and oil changes are not certified mechanics.after replacing the bad tires I had nothing but trouble with the tires u guys replace tires about every 5000 miles I was told u received a lot of bad tires(BS)just was in on Thursday 1/26 was told I had two more bad tires and u guys wanted 700$ to replace the faulty tires u sold me unbelievable not that u care but u have lost a loyal customer.and I will inform everyone I see at your Dealership that people doing Mechanic Work are not Qualified going to A training course does not make you a mechanic this is why my tires were improperly installed this situation could’ve been a lot worse than it was I was on I four when I had my blowout very dangerous. The guy that is the service department manager should be fired he doesn’t know what he’s doing More
We were very impressed with Will our sales guy. He was very professional and didn’t come across as what I consider a used car salesman. Chelsea who handled the paperwork at the end was a delight. Overall we had a great experience. We had just come from looking at a Toyota at another non Toyota dealer and were not comfortable.
