This is the 2nd car that I have purchased from Tom Wolf at Lakeland Hyundai and I have been very happy each time. This is not the closest Hyundai dealership to us (the closer one's service isn't as good), at Lakeland Hyundai and I have been very happy each time. This is not the closest Hyundai dealership to us (the closer one's service isn't as good), so getting to the dealership requires extra time that I really don't have unless the deal is nearly complete. That wasn't an issue for Tom at Lakeland Hyundai and his team. I was able to pick out the car and handle pricing negotiation via a mix of phone calls, texts and emails. Before I even walked through the door, I had the 'out the door' price. The total time spent in the dealership when I actually signed the paperwork was 1 hour and 15 minutes. I would have been LESS if I didn't have to contact our insurer and wait on hold with them for 20 minutes (the car was so new the VIN wasn't in the in insurance company's system yet). The service here is great and, when I need to replace this car, I will go back. Thanks More
