I just had the best experience at the Lakeland Hyundai Dealership. I just stopped in to see about trading in my 2022 Hyundai Kona and check out the Hyundai Venue Ltd. I walked in and was immediately greeted by an extremely helpful woman who directed me to Kida Hawkins. What a pleasant experience as Kida was professional yet a. Very down to earth and friendly salesperson. I explained my desires and showed him the Venue Ltd I found on the internet. He brought the vehicle to me and showed me all the features. We went for a test drive and I was sold. I loved the car but if it wasn’t for the wonderful experience I had with Kida I might have just said thank you and left without trading in my car for the new Venue Ltd. Steve was an excellent salesman. He listened to our requests about giving the best offer first. He was patient while we test drove 2 vehicles and compared the pro and cons of each.
