While most of the car dealers are getting greedy with absolute insane top up pricing over MSRP, came a hope in the form of Lakeland Genesis who was selling at MSRP. They were able to hunt down the exact car I needed way before the promised time. I worked with Tom Wolf over phone since I wasn’t local and he patiently answered all my questions and gave the support I needed. I know new vehicle inventory is scarce these days; however, if you want to avoid an unpleasant experience, I recommend NOT to go to Lakeland Automall Hyundai/Genesis dealership. I had the most disagre however, if you want to avoid an unpleasant experience, I recommend NOT to go to Lakeland Automall Hyundai/Genesis dealership. I had the most disagreeable experience while buying my new 2022 Genesis GV80 at that location. Everything seemed friendly until I met the Finance Manager, ElVIS SULFRIDGE, the most unethical, disrespectful, and lack of integrity individual I have ever met on my more than 30 years buying new cars. This person disrespectfully tried to impose the dealership financing option while I had so many other and more advantageous options myself. From that moment everything when south. Although I provided the Dealer Funding Request from my own financing institution to the dealer on 9 May 2022, the accounting department actually requested the fund on 2 June 2022 (the approved loan was about to expire). Besides that, this dealership required me to pay a 20 days payoff amount for my trade during the negotiation (not the usually 10 days); however, the accounting department paid off my trade more than 30 days later (a late fee was already added to my previous vehicle account because of the delay). This dealership’s account department is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. From 1 to 10 I rate Lakeland Automall Hyundai/Genesis 1. Avoid this location. More

My dealership experiences have often fallen short in comparison to the high quality of the Genesis brand. Most Genesis dealerships are still struggling to establish their identity. Look no further than Lakeland FL Genesis if you prefer a high quality sales experience with no games. These folks have their act together. My sales associate Mike Policiano, was fantastic during and after the GV70 purchase process! He was knowledgeable about the car and it’s features, personable, and comfortable to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone else coming to purchase or just looking at a car from here. In these crazy times of low vehicle supplies, crazy market adjustments beyond MSRP, and just plain lousy shopping experiences, I was fortunate to experience outstanding customer service, fair-pricing, professionalism, and help with my car buying experience. Every phase of the “buy” was white-glove service. Special kudos to Liz Reese in Guest Services, and Abu in Finance! It was great working with the entire team. They receive my 2022 “It ain’t bragging if you’ve done it” award. They delivered on every promise made, kept me up to date on the sale and delivery process and made sure I had a great experience.
