Tom remembered to follow up daily even after I took possession of my vehicle to ensure that my Genesis app was working on my phone after it was set up. He also ensured my appointment for the paint sealer process was taken care of as soon as possible right after it had to be rescheduled due to raining the day of my appointment. More
If I could award Lakeland Genesis more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. We bought two Genesis GV70 Sport Prestige last February. The buying experience was amazing and I already wrote a review on that. But this is about my first ever service experience with them. Which to say the least, BLEW ME AWAY. My GV70 started making a high pitch whine in the 52 - 55 mph range. I had done some research and was concerned this could be the limited slip differential. I made an appointment to have my car checked and got an appointment quickly. And they even promised if I needed to leave my car, they'd provide a loaner car. When I arrived in the service bay, our Advisor, Anthony Devincent, was there waiting for our arrival. Really? He was expecting us and he was right there to meet us. How refreshingly professional and honestly not expected. Yesterday was my appointment and they asked one of their specialty Service Technicians, by the name of Manny to go for a ride with me. He immediately heard the whine and confirmed it was indeed the differential. What he didn't know was whether the parts were readily available or how long it would take to fix. I joked that maybe I should just trade the car in on a 2024 and they did have a nice young salesman, Haize Fassett and he was a pleasure to speak with and offered some options, but didn't in any way try to pressure me and even suggested I just wait to see what the outcome with my beautiful GV70 would be, before even thinking about buying a new one. Today, ONE DAY after dropping my car off for what amounts to major surgery, with parts not easily acquired, my Service Advisor, Anthony, called and I just expected an update on if the parts were now ordered and how long it might take to get them. These aren't little or inexpensive parts to have on a shelf, after all. So imagine my complete amazement, when he said they not only had the parts, but my car was out of the shop and ready to be picked up. This was literally 24 hours after dropping my car off for major repairs. So let me just say: 1. Anthony, you were amazing to work with and you took such good care of us. 2. Manny, you were beyond gracious and interesting to meet and speak with when you took me for a ride in my car to diagnose the issue. 3. Haize, you were the consummate professional and didn't in any way try to pressure me to replace my car. This experience with Lakeland Genesis just reaffirms we made the right decision to place our trust in when we bought two GV70. Treating customers with the respect and consideration you have now demonstrated in both experiences with the dealership will just have to make us customers for life. Yes, it will. More

Very easy to talk to, professional and excellent at his work. Hank Haws, the Sales Manager, was excellent to work with as well. He was very friendly and personable. Very professional and very efficient to speak with. Really appreciated this and our interaction. Left with an excellent impression. Anthony in the service department was excellent to work with as well. Easy to talk to and quick to help resolve my concerns and get me on my way home. My time seemed important to him, much appreciated and noted. Ellis, in finance, was very easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and explained all details thoroughly. Very personable and professional. All around, everyone I met and dealt with at this dealership did an excellent work and are a real pleasure to work with. Tom Wolf was an amazing salesman. I purchased the Zurich protective and the department that applied it didn’t care enough to make sure they removed all of that white residue from my n I purchased the Zurich protective and the department that applied it didn’t care enough to make sure they removed all of that white residue from my newly purchased vehicle. Now I have remnants of Zurich in several crevices and still remaining in several spots of my GV80. Again “Tom is an amazing salesman”, but for a $102,000 vehicle, I expected them to Atleast make sure the truck was detailed properly by removing that white powdery residue after applying the protective coating. That bothers me dearly, and I had a bad experience with an employee that kept calling me “This lady”, at the body shop. More
