I drove 70 miles as I wanted to test drive the Genesis GV70 and the local dealer had no inventory to test drive for 3 days. Steve spoke with me on the phone the evening prior to my drive there and was honest, open and answered every question I had asked with patience. I never felt pressure and Steve took me on a couple test drives…so I could actually see the difference with the various upgraded features offered. I even had lunch brought to me by Steve as once we found the car I wanted he moved me right along to the finance department. I had spent 6 hours there not intending to buy a car that day as I had a rental car. No problem …Steve took me to the local Enterprise so I could turn in my rental car and drive my new car back to Dunedin. Talk about service.
