COVID-19 has presented challenges for all of us, but the 3-man team I was introduced to worked seamlessly, without ceasing to meet the requirements for my satisfaction. From my first call to Brian Hanks at Ford to closeout with Lance Harrison, my team made me feel at ease with making such a major purchase at such a trying time. I call them God sent because I needed an affordable vehicle that would make me feel safe. The star of my team was Jeff Hamilton, he made it all happen for me to get the car of my dreams without pressure, Mustang 2020. Not just the car, but Jeff made the process so carefree for me with front door delivery. Everything happened for me just as advertised on TV for once. Words can't express my full gratitude. However, once I convinced our salesman, Ken Mleczko, that we were going through my credit union, everything else was cake. THANKS KEN DO. The dealership customer service area was clean and comfortable, this place is really busy and with times being how they are, it takes some time to get your finalized documents, registration and such but worth the time. I deducted a star because I didn't like the fact that they don't take down payments. More
