Wasn’t taken serious. Several workers just seemed to want to play around and make jokes to me about the car I was looking at. It took 5 hours at the dealer and was not updated on what was going on through th to play around and make jokes to me about the car I was looking at. It took 5 hours at the dealer and was not updated on what was going on through the process of signing papers and looking at the car. Agreed on a few things for getting the car repaired in a few spots and filling the tank off with gas and then after the papers where signed was told it’s a used car and they cannot do anything AS IS car. Also was told I would be getting a copy of the window sticker for the car and will get it the next day and 2 days later haven’t heard anything had a text sent to me asking to take this survey so I asked about the sticker and was told it will be FWD to the sales rep to get it and still haven’t heard if I am getting it or not very poor customer service skills from this dealer not good at communicating. More

Frank is the go to guy when buying a car! He went above and beyond to get me into the exact car I walked in for.
