I am so impressed with the quality of service and general human compassion I have been shown by my car guy, John. Due to personal reasons, I have been placed in a difficult situation that required me to trad human compassion I have been shown by my car guy, John. Due to personal reasons, I have been placed in a difficult situation that required me to trade in my practically brand new Mustang GT for a 6 seater vehicle, and I had been to several different places looking for a viable option that would suit the needs of my family. When I arrived here, I was greeted warmly by John, and was able to explain my situation and express my needs for this new vehicle. He jumped into action and was able to quickly locate a Dodge Journey that would accommodate my larger family, but also stay within my price range. He never once tried to upsell me or talk me into a newer/better/more expensive vehicle. He LISTENED to my needs and he delivered a vehicle that I can be happy with. I am so happy that I decided to come in today and that I happened to meet John upon my arrival. He has made this such an easy process and as painless as possible. Thank you guys so much for having integrity and being transparent in every step of the process. I will definitely do business with this dealership again in the future. The care taken by the people in the service area to prepare the car was above the call. Dawn in finance just added to the care provided by the community at Lakeland Ford.
