I was to meet with a salesman that I was told to request at arrival, but I never got to meet with that staff member. The price lacked transparency as the agreed upon out-the-door cost did not match the out at arrival, but I never got to meet with that staff member. There was also a lack of transparency regarding cosmetic deficiencies (6+) despite asking about them ahead of time. I had a great experience buying my vehicle from Lakeland Automall. I had been to several dealerships prior to going to Lakeland and from the word “hello” it was such a different vibe. Angelo was amazing and knowledgeable and very respectful, which made my experience a lot more enjoyable. His manager was equally helpful and pleasant. Buying a car as a female can be somewhat intimidating but I appreciated the upfront pricing and negotiating without all the usual hassle and fanfare. Should I need another car in the future, Lakeland Automall will be my first and last stop! More
