He was kind, patient and answered all of my questions. I didn't want to buy that day, and neither him, nor the manager, pressured me which is a huge plus on their side and ultimately that is why I bought the car from them. Lance was in the finance department and he was great. I felt bad because I tend to take my time thinking things through and reading, but he too was patient and didn't rush me. Can't praise the quality, workmanship and thought that went in to design and construction. Went from a Jaguar to the G90. What a step up. Comfort, performance, very little road noise and the gas mileage is much better than estimated. Very happy. First new car purchase in some time. More

Discount Is not a Reduced price CON ARTIST!! Yes auto sales have an honesty rating all their own and Lakeland Ford / Auto Mall has it mastered! Found a car online my grandsons "Dream" so I saved it and requested notice of a price drop. 2 days later I get an email the price dropped $2,000 too good to be true, right? I called the dealership and spoke with Tami, yes the car is still available, I then asked "Why the $2000 price drop what is the condition of the car, are there issues?" She said the car has been here for a while and I got together with my manager yesterday and decided to "discount the car". Stupid enough to believe what she said I sent my daughter to purchase the car (I live 2 1/2 hrs away) she drove the car, FaceTime with her son to see his "dream" car and she was ready to close the deal. Really goes south from there!! I know most people don't pay attention to the details, having a degree in accounting I do. My daughter sent me the agreement they wanted signed. First line the Car advertised with a discount from the original $9995 of $2000 (confirmed by phone with Tami) was now $10,990 NOT the $7995 (or the $7495 listed on other sites) : $1752 Discount doesn't get it there $350 "Govermment" Fees (not just transfer fee) $680. Proc/Doc Fee ... no Dealer Fee $630.58 Total taxes (I couldn't make it work) $10,873.58 Amount Financed NO it was CASH. How does this work to a car at the top price of $9995 become $10,873! BEWARE, this dealership Lakeland Ford, Lakeland Hyundai, Lakeland Automall and I am sure other names is EXTREMELY misleading at very best and Con Artist more than likely this was intended I did the right thing and contacted the Dealership to have what I thought to be confirmed even questioned why the $2000 price drop and deliberately lied to! By the way when you call and the recording says for quality assurance this call may be monitored... they use that during your transaction even going so far as to play it back to prove she said "discount" not price drop because Discount does not mean a price drop or change! Just remember when you call you are recorded and that recording is kept on file! Lakeland Ford / Lakeland Auto Mall Lakeland Hyundai are excellent CON ARTIST!
