DEFINES THE MEANING " USED CAR SALES MAN " ! I went to Lakeland automall for a used dependable vehicle I am deaf and was inexperienced in the whole car buying process . I told them I was on a fixed income they chose the car for me within 2days of having the 2014 impala home the malfunction light comes on it completely shuts down at 10 pm on the interstate leaving Orlando Florida needless to say I was very frightened and thankful to be alive . I told Ricardo about the problem at hand and if I could trade the car in for something a little less problematic and something more in my budget his response was a No . I stated the problems I was having w the car how it disengages without warning and so forth I told him I felt like I was taken advantage of. And he basically said it doesn't matter to him his job would still b there in the morning I have had one problem after another with these sharks in ties . My father once told me about this fellow i liked he said " that young man has a mentality of a used car sales man " ! My whole life I wonder what that meant thank s to the staff at Lakeland automall for solving that lifelong mystery for me . More

Great friendly service but..... We purchased our vehicle one day before Thanksgiving. Lo and behold I came home to my newspaper that was advertising all these Black Friday specials. We purchased our vehicle one day before Thanksgiving. Lo and behold I came home to my newspaper that was advertising all these Black Friday specials. So I called my salesman to see why we couldn't receive one of these gifts. On the following Monday I received the answer that it was because of the rebate we received......which I should have got a deal anyway......I was taking a year old vehicle off your hands. I'm sure you could afford to give a a Tv or gift certificate as well. Also I felt like my salesman really didn't want to be bothered by me after the sale. More
