Dishonest, Lied to and not helpful. My husband and I went into this dealership to purchase one car with a trade in, but ended up purchasing two cars, trading in two cars as well. Immedia My husband and I went into this dealership to purchase one car with a trade in, but ended up purchasing two cars, trading in two cars as well. Immediately after getting it home the tire pressure light comes on. Then 24 hours later the car dies. Forcing us to drive 45 minutes back to the dealership to replace the battery and for them to not address the tire pressure. Three weeks after that the left back turn signal sensor is broke and now not even 3 months later the engine light is on. We called and spoke to two different people who mentions our warranty Zurich and how it covers things. Well it covered NOTHING. Not even 3 months in the one vehicle we are coming out of pocket 520$. The car was purchased on lies that it was in good shape, it was checked out and everything was okay. We were lied to that we were fully covered and we was told the price was slightly increased due to adjustment THEY made to the vehicle. Yet we purchased this vehicle with increased price and supposedly a full warranty. I would never suggest a single person to them, never will i purchase another vehicle and etc. I am completely unsatisfied and upset all together. To treat a costumer this way is dishonorable and discouraging. More
