Buyer Beware bought a 2019 Tucson, on 07/10/21,they added $300 to the cost of the recon after agreeing to cost as I was quoted,finance office tried to scam me telling me that the payment and months were more $300 to the cost of the recon after agreeing to cost as I was quoted,finance office tried to scam me telling me that the payment and months were more than they were in order to sell me extended warrantys,then they added $52 to the cost of the car as they had stated false "fees" instead of charging the fees they added,received call from Russell used car manager the following day after i return inquire from owner,he apologize told me a check would be sent in 5 to 14 days,waited called him 07/30 told me I should have received would checkand call back,Ihad to call him the next day as had not received call told he had copy of check and I would receive it within 5days, 8/13 called russell said sorry he would suspend check and issue me a credit on one of my cards when he arrived at the dealership never called back, and has not responded to two other calls, So do not trust this dealer I liked the car so much I bought a new hyundai three weeks later from another dealer as this people are not to be trusted More
