They knew I had a long ride and that if I purchased the truck that I was going to tow my car back home with the truck. The truck was disgustingly dirty, it even appeared as a child puked or spilled something down the rear armrest there was mud on the seats and on the outside of the truck. there was grit, sand,road salt and brine impacted into the suspension, springs, shocks and rust! This truck was a 2019 but was left in terrible shape. Why during the pandemic would that truck not be cleaned inside and out before a customer gets in it?? They just don't care. Turns out with the bad impression of the dealership / truck when I test drove it the brakes were bad but they insisted that they were not so I did not reach a deal with them because I would not drive the truck home that way let alone tow my car too. Totally unsafe to drive and to be in it as dirty as it was, could have had Covid in it. Sales person apparently did not want to sell the truck or he would have made sure the truck was clean inside and out as if it just came off the showroom floor. More

Good deal and friendly service Jason, Dan, and Frank were all very helpful---although Frank was pushing the extended warranty a bit too hard. We arrived an hour before closing and were still able to test drive the car, trade in our 2007 Fusion, and leave with the new one. We also feel that, given the year of the car and the mileage, it was a good deal. My only complaint is the too much back and forth with Dan beforehand. We were driving 52 miles to get there, and I would have appreciated just knowing the price of the vehicle beforehand. My husband was hesitant to make the drive. More

Simple, quick, easy process!!! I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Lakeview Ford (Paul Minetti, Sales) and the process could not have been simpler, easy and time saving. I stopp I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Lakeview Ford (Paul Minetti, Sales) and the process could not have been simpler, easy and time saving. I stopped and took a test drive, sat with salesman and discussed price, discounts and trade in value for my currently owned truck. Total time I spent was less that 1 hour. Agreed to purchase on a Friday and went on Monday to pick up new truck. I spent less than a half hour with Finance (Frank Pollack). Signed the papers and I was on my way,,,,, All other times I purchased a new vehicle I spent at least a half a day at the dealer, not this time. This dealership (Dan Douglas, GM) has put my faith back in the process of purchasing a vehicle. Thank you gentlemen. More
