my sales agent said the car would come with remote start if i downloaded the toyota app. i called the toyota customer service they said i dont have it. i even followed up with sales agent, he said there was if i downloaded the toyota app. i called the toyota customer service they said i dont have it. i even followed up with sales agent, he said there was a misunderstanding. how would there be a misunderstanding if he even gave me sheet of paper with step by step guide on downloading the phone application? horrible More

Had an excellent experience with Frank. He was very polite and answered all my questions to the best of his capabilities. Even when I requested a vehicle exchange, he worked hard to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. However, one of the managers Jason Olson was less than appropriate to say the least. Very rude and unprofessional. I was so disrespected that I thought about calling the whole transaction off. Never, ever met a salesman so rude my whole life. But thanks to the other staff, everything was taken care of and I left with a vehicle I really liked. If you ever want to do business there, avoid dealing with this si called manager, in my opinion, he should be a manager as in an anger management class, and not in a position that requires dealing with the public..
