Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. I was honest upfront by telling them that I was from out of town (about two hours away) so I was shopping other dealerships. On good Friday my wife and I went to the local Infiniti dealership to determine the color car that I liked. That evening I called both Infiniti of Gwinnett and Lake Norman Infiniti to see if they had any cars on the lot that met my specs. Gwinnett had a few so I then called and spoke with Steve G at Norman. I was VERY SPECIFIC in telling him what I was wanting to buy the next day. I wanted a 2012 in one of two colors. After a few minutes he called me back and said to come on up Saturday AM that he "had two cars in each color that fit my specs". After driving almost two hours I arrive at Lake Norman and talk to Jim Burkett whom I had spoken with before (very nice!). He shows me around the dealership and then we go to his office to find out where the cars that I am going to look at are on the lot. After several minutes of him at his CPU I could tell he was confused. He then gets up to go talk to his sales manager, Vinnie. We all then go to the lot to look at cars and at that point they (Vinnie and Jim) tell me that they have NO cars that are 2012 in one of the two colors I want. I proceed to tell them that I spoke with Steve G the prior evening and he said he had "several cars" that fit my specs. I then ask to speak with Steve. After a few minutes Steve walks up (does not introduce himself BTW) and asks if there was a problem. I tell him that I drove two hours and he had no cars on the lot for me to look at. He then proceeds to get agitated with me and then says the following (yes I am upset but this is no lie): "Man, I've been working for you for weeks. Been taking your calls. Been giving you prices. You have not shown up at your appointments (more on this later). You have to work with me here. What's wrong with this 2011 right here (he did have a 2011 in the color I wanted)" He was confrontational and very unprofessional. My thought.........heaven forbid that I have somebody do their job. Yes, I have called several times on cars but this is what they get paid to do. I was very specific the night before in what I wanted. I wanted a 2012 not a 2011. He flat lied to me to get me to his lot in hopes that I would drive home with a car. Not the car I wanted......just any car he could sell. Regarding the his appointment remark..........never once did I have an appointment with them. I am in sales and very busy. I did say that I would "TRY" to come visit the next day or later in the week. In fact, I got a call one day from someone at their dealership wanting to confirm that I would be arriving at 2PM for my appt. I told them that I had no appt. Vinnie (who was nice) then asked if I would consider the 2011 vehicle. I told him that I drove up for a 2012 and I had no interest in a 2011 for various reason. He even asked if I would consider the 2011 if he "gave" me a "free" extended warranty. Of course I was not going to fall for that since if they sell me the 2011 then their mission is accomplished. In summary.......I did end up buying a car from Infiniti of Gwinnett. Great people and great prices. Not pushy at all. Ask for Jason. Yes, Lake Norman had great prices but their sales tactics were unprofessional and the owner of the dealership should be ashamed. To flat lie to a consumer is wrong. More
Excellent experience with Lake Norman Infiniti. We had already done our research and knew what we wanted. When we arrived we were treated superbly, sales guy Frank took over from Brian Curci who did the deal and Frank was enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful (sorry Frank we never got your last name!) No attempt to upsell us with stuff we didn't want (same with finance guy who politely asked if we wanted to look at protection packages and equally politely accepted our decline), and gave us a very thorough overview of the car. We agreed the deal in the morning, arrived at dealership at 3:30pm and were driving away our new JX by 5pm. Fantastic job by everyone at the dealership involved we were very happy. I would highly recommend. More

They lured me down there, over an hour away w/ the promise of giving a great deal. Get there and they won't negotiate a dime off the price. Had several things wrong with the vehicle that should have been warranty work.. Dealership was not responsive, no calls back and owner was rude and employees lied. There is no way that the majority of these reviews are real.. I have had several people tell me how bad this dealership is and how they lie. They will tell you about anything to buy the car, but then treat you horrible once they made the sale. I just bought a new QX56 from Georgia.. AWESOME dealership there and they delivered the car. Infiniti of Gwinett.. Do not do business with this dealership!! More
This past weekend, my wife and I visited Lake Norman Infiniti. We were greeted by Russell Taylor who patiently walked us through the process. Russell provided us with some of the best customer service we have ever received. My wife tends to be a "tough" customer to deal with when buying cars, but Russell dealt with her perfectly. He smiled at every objection, and worked with us to get what we believe was a great deal. Watching those two go back and forth was truly amusing for me. Even though we arrived a little late in the day and were there well past closing, Russell did not rush or pressure us once during the process. We also worked with Vinnie Mascarello, the used car sales manager who was more than accomodating with the reservations we had. They made every effort make the deal right. After negotiating for a few rounds, we got a fair deal on our trade and a great price on the vehicle. In the end, we ended up with a beautiful 2009 Hyundai Genesis 4.6. I cannot say enough about our experience at Lake Norman Infiniti and with Russell. Their professionalism, product knowledge and customer service was second to none. I am almost certain that our next vehicle purchase will come from Lake Norman Infiniti. Thank you Lake Norman Infiniti Team and thank you Russell. You owe it to yourself to pay them a visit. I highly recommend the team. More

Russell Taylor was our main contact and was courteous and flexible in dealing with us. He was patient and made our experience a pleasant one.
