SERVICE NIGHTMARE AVOID AVOID SERVICE STEALERSHIP. I have been here two times in my G37 coupe. Both times very negative and unresolved issues. I took them a car with a small AVOID SERVICE STEALERSHIP. I have been here two times in my G37 coupe. Both times very negative and unresolved issues. I took them a car with a small problem and John the service writer literally told me that the cost to fix my car was going to be around 700$. I then inform him i have a warranty on the car, once he figured that out his attitude changed instantly. Come to find out the warranty company is willing to pay for it , they don't pay full retail so the repair they billed them for was only 300!! so where was the 400$ extra i ask... John then informed me that the labor rate was 150 $ an hour and they were only going to cover 125$. When the truth came out there labor rate has been the same he was literally fraudulently trying to charge more. He then proceeded to tell me they were not going to even put a belt on the car and that they would push it in the parking lot and allow me to put my own belt. I have given them thousands of dollars in service over the years and was considering purchasing another vehicle here but i will no longer consider spending any money with this dealership. I have taken my car there spotless clean and then receive a filthy car back! really ? you own a car wash and a luxury brand dealer ! i have received better service from a honda dealership! I then receive a call from there director of service asking to address my concerns and sounds sincere and promises that his service manager Joe would be calling me back by 3:30 pm. Well needless to say that didn't happen either.They truly have no concern for customers. If you wanna buy a car there then see Larry in sales he is a good knowledgeable guy. More

I had one issue with the vehicle, and Dennis the sales manager stepped up and took care of the issue. He is a man of integrity and is true to his word. I'm a fan. More

I guess he needed to try to be the big guy in front of his salesmen by trying to push a woman around, to overcompensate for his shortcomings in other areas. I am quite certain he wouldn't have spoken so classless and disrespectful if my husband were with me. It's all good though, because not only did I get a much better deal from another dealership where I was treated with respect, but I found out from several local dealerships how many customers Lake Norman Infinity has lost due to their poor customer service.. Word is out!!! I even has a salesman from another dealership tell me a woman came in there 2 days earlier in tears after the way Dick treated her. And a Salesmen from yet another dealership tell me that Dick told a woman to come back when she could bring her husband with her. Someone has woman issue??? More

Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. I was in the market for a used Infiniti and spoke with this dealership for several weeks regarding cars, prices, etc. They were very helpful throughout this initi market for a used Infiniti and spoke with this dealership for several weeks regarding cars, prices, etc. They were very helpful throughout this initial process. I was honest upfront by telling them that I was from out of town (about two hours away) so I was shopping other dealerships. On good Friday my wife and I went to the local Infiniti dealership to determine the color car that I liked. That evening I called both Infiniti of Gwinnett and Lake Norman Infiniti to see if they had any cars on the lot that met my specs. Gwinnett had a few so I then called and spoke with Steve G at Norman. I was VERY SPECIFIC in telling him what I was wanting to buy the next day. I wanted a 2012 in one of two colors. After a few minutes he called me back and said to come on up Saturday AM that he "had two cars in each color that fit my specs". After driving almost two hours I arrive at Lake Norman and talk to Jim Burkett whom I had spoken with before (very nice!). He shows me around the dealership and then we go to his office to find out where the cars that I am going to look at are on the lot. After several minutes of him at his CPU I could tell he was confused. He then gets up to go talk to his sales manager, Vinnie. We all then go to the lot to look at cars and at that point they (Vinnie and Jim) tell me that they have NO cars that are 2012 in one of the two colors I want. I proceed to tell them that I spoke with Steve G the prior evening and he said he had "several cars" that fit my specs. I then ask to speak with Steve. After a few minutes Steve walks up (does not introduce himself BTW) and asks if there was a problem. I tell him that I drove two hours and he had no cars on the lot for me to look at. He then proceeds to get agitated with me and then says the following (yes I am upset but this is no lie): "Man, I've been working for you for weeks. Been taking your calls. Been giving you prices. You have not shown up at your appointments (more on this later). You have to work with me here. What's wrong with this 2011 right here (he did have a 2011 in the color I wanted)" He was confrontational and very unprofessional. My thought.........heaven forbid that I have somebody do their job. Yes, I have called several times on cars but this is what they get paid to do. I was very specific the night before in what I wanted. I wanted a 2012 not a 2011. He flat lied to me to get me to his lot in hopes that I would drive home with a car. Not the car I wanted......just any car he could sell. Regarding the his appointment remark..........never once did I have an appointment with them. I am in sales and very busy. I did say that I would "TRY" to come visit the next day or later in the week. In fact, I got a call one day from someone at their dealership wanting to confirm that I would be arriving at 2PM for my appt. I told them that I had no appt. Vinnie (who was nice) then asked if I would consider the 2011 vehicle. I told him that I drove up for a 2012 and I had no interest in a 2011 for various reason. He even asked if I would consider the 2011 if he "gave" me a "free" extended warranty. Of course I was not going to fall for that since if they sell me the 2011 then their mission is accomplished. In summary.......I did end up buying a car from Infiniti of Gwinnett. Great people and great prices. Not pushy at all. Ask for Jason. Yes, Lake Norman had great prices but their sales tactics were unprofessional and the owner of the dealership should be ashamed. To flat lie to a consumer is wrong. More
