LNI is the best dealer service facility I have ever experienced. From start to finish it is excellent. Their maintenance people do pin point trouble shooting and will relay that to the service consul experienced. From start to finish it is excellent. Told our new vehicle would be "gassed up and ready to go". Waited over 3 hours. During the 3 hours the sales manager who we had never met walked past my wife and I more then 10 times without ever once in go". Waited over 3 hours. We were sitting infront if his office with glass doors. Post-sale 2 weeks later we STILL HAVE NO TITLE, REGISTRATION, OR CHECK the dealerahip owes us on our trade for THOUSANDS of dollars. Only saving grace is the salesman Jarred was nice. Brutal customer service. Not worth the drive. More
