It is a pity there are no ratings less than 1 star. The worst car dealership that I've ever had experience with. First, when we bought our Infinity, they didn't transfer the tag from our previous vehicle, so we drove around with the tag still registered to our old Lexus. Second, while getting service for the windshield rubber seal falling out, I was informed by the service provider that the car was 20 days out of warranty and it would cost me $631 to repair what was clearly a manufacturing defect. Lake Norman Infinity chose to hide behind the 20 day warranty lapse rather than doing the right thing and fixing the car at their expense. Also, when I returned to pick up my car, the service department couldn't find it or find any record of me dropping it off for service!!! We've owned Lexus up to this purchase and I've never had Lexus to hide behind such a short warranty lapse. I certainly won't make the mistake of buying another Infiniti. When I asked for the general managers email, the service provider refused to give it to me. Such poor service such rude personnel, and such incompetence!!! More
Wow! I was a repeat customer until today 06/17.23. I set a up a test drive and it goes downhill after I said lets buy their used car. I have NEVER been so I was a repeat customer until today 06/17.23. I set a up a test drive and it goes downhill after I said lets buy their used car. I have NEVER been so lied to in my life. I agreed to their price on their used 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV. But they in turn smacked me in my face with a $10,000 difference in trade in. In this market my car a 2022 Volkswagen GTI Autobahn is “Rare”. It has a $5000-$8000 makeup on new/used ones. They said they checked the within a 200-250 mile radius on pricing BUT they only got what their MSRP on them. They never called any of them to prove my point. I knew they were marked up because local VW dealerships are doing just that. They were great at the beginning BUT TERRIBLE all the way out the door. I will never shop there ever again. Avoid them at ALL COST. More
Where do I start, 1st. the average doc fee in the United States is around $350 this place charges $1100 they just call it the admin fee and DMV fee. So basically before yo the average doc fee in the United States is around $350 this place charges $1100 they just call it the admin fee and DMV fee. So basically before you even start negotiating they already trying to mark up the car, a typical predatory tactic. 2nd. I received a call from a salesman that kept on calling me "man" but when I called him back I had to repeat myself several times because he was listening or just ignore my questions More
