Our Salesman, Larry, did a great job with us. He took his time and showed us all of the G37 convertibles and explained the differences between the vehicles they had in stock. Larry made several recommend his time and showed us all of the G37 convertibles and explained the differences between the vehicles they had in stock. Larry made several recommendations to us about the different options available and provided his own personal experience with each. I felt very comfortable with our decision in that we had been presented with a lot of information about the car. We were very clear about our expectations in regards to price and the delearship was very eager to to make the deal exceptable to us. After buying the car, Larry has been very accessable to us. He's offered to continue to explain things to us as this car has tons of gadgets. He has also offered to assist us with scheduling future service appointments. As a former Lexus owner, I was worried that the level of service at Infinity would not be as good. So far, I am really happy with Infinity and they have matched the level I enjoyed at the Lexus dealership. More
Be sure to get everything that is promised in writing before you buy. While my salesperson was very nice and seemed to be an honest and good person, the financial manager, Michael McKenna was the opposi before you buy. While my salesperson was very nice and seemed to be an honest and good person, the financial manager, Michael McKenna was the opposite. I paid cash for a barely used vehicle and was told repeatedly by Michael McKenna that I was so fortunate that this car came with a warranty that included a year of "all maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, etc". He also said, more than twice, that the car came with "a three year warranty that included regularly scheduled maintenance". I was told that I would receive the title and warranty info. by mail. Eventually the title arrived, but I never did receive any info. about the warranty, so I called and left a message with Michael McKenna. My call was never returned. So, I stopped into the dealership about a month later and he was not in. I called again and left a message which was not returned. I also left a message with Josh, the general manager. The call was not returned. Finally, I called to find out what Michael McKenna's schedule was so that I could stop by when he was in. He did not answer the page put out by the front desk, so the receptionist sent someone to find him. He was sitting and chatting with other employees ignoring the page. Finally, someone brought him out front and I spoke with him. He said that the dealership would "never give a warranty for free". Keep in mind that I wasn't expecting one in the first place, and had no idea that that type of warranty existed. Therefore, it wouldn't be possible for me to dream it up myself. He then asked me to wait in the hall while he went upstairs to find the paperwork because "there are personal things in my office" (thus I couldn't be trusted). No one had a problem with trusting me when they were trying to sell me a car! I was alone in his office at that time! Since I have nothing in writing there is nothing I can do except to learn from the experience - always get business promises in writing before the deal is made! Buyer beware! More
EXTREMELY BAD DEALERSHIP!! I work with many dealerships and have never experienced anything like them. The car arrived and was not what they said it was. It took me 2 months before I saw one piece of paper and have never experienced anything like them. The car arrived and was not what they said it was. It took me 2 months before I saw one piece of paperwork. Another month for them to get me the money they owed me. At least 25-30 phone calls continually asking for my paperwork only to be told we will call you back or its on its way. Horrible experience from sales man, to used car director, and even the General Manager. I do recommend you have all your ducks in line if you plan on doing business with these people!! I only post this so no one else has to go through what I did. More
The sales staff was extremely friendly, courteous and was not pushy. I purchased the G37 Convertible and I have to say this is the nicest car I have ever driven. I traded in a 2008 Lincoln MKX and not only not pushy. I purchased the G37 Convertible and I have to say this is the nicest car I have ever driven. I traded in a 2008 Lincoln MKX and not only did the dealership pay off the car, but they also reduced the price of the convertible a few thousand dollars also. They did not play games or make purchasing the car an all day ordeal. It was an extremely pleasant experience. If you like low key, no pressure salesmen, people who are willing to work with you and give you a good deal, then I would highly recommend going to Lake Norman Infiniti. The only issue is that I live in Charlotte and the drive is about 45 minutes away. I can tell you though it was worth the drive. More

Save your time and money; don’t go to Lake Norman Infiniti! I went there for a state inspection, new tires and an oil change. While my car was there, the staff somehow broke my license plate off of t Infiniti! I went there for a state inspection, new tires and an oil change. While my car was there, the staff somehow broke my license plate off of the bumper. They tried to repair the bumper, but it was broken beyond repair. They then replaced the bumper and painted it a color which did not come close to matching. They made up numerous excuses for why pearlized white cannot be matched, such as “they were matching old paint to new paint”, it’s hard to compare “paint on plastic to paint on metal”, and pearlized white “tends to yellow, so it will take the new paint time to match the old paint”. I stated my unhappiness with their service and was told that they couldn’t make me happy and that was that!! Don’t waste your time dealing with these people!! Keep in mind, NOTHING was wrong with my bumper when I entered their dealership!! They broke the bumper, and then would not properly repair it! More
Excellent sales experience. All done by e-mail. All was as agreed to when we arrived, paperwork was ready, as was the car. This was what a luxury car buying experience should be. as agreed to when we arrived, paperwork was ready, as was the car. This was what a luxury car buying experience should be. More
