I bought the car. GARY CALLED ME ON MY CELL PHONE AND NAMED THE PRICE...he took my credit card # and after checking he took the deposit and called back with a FEMALE confirming the exact amount of the re NAMED THE PRICE...he took my credit card # and after checking he took the deposit and called back with a FEMALE confirming the exact amount of the remaining balance and we agreed on a bank check. We booked flights, hotel, canceled work, and secured a pet sitter. The next day Gary called and said ..THE CAR IS SOLD TO SOMEBODY ELSE...I DONT KNOW WHO WHEN HOW MUCH OR ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY just came and told me the car was sold. I SAID WHO came..."UM..UM...THEY...um..the yard workers...er the salesman. WHICH SALESMAN? I dont know his name! This is a big dealership! Really? So big that you cant look on a computer and see who sold it? when it sold? "I AM STANDING IN MY KITCHEN NOW"....really? I just called the dealership number and she transferred the call to you. I have the number showing on the cell. I am standing in my kitchen also and i can tell you I bought that car yesterday. YOU took the deposit and called with the price! LOOK!! I have been PATIENT WITH YOU!! I will refund your deposit! as far as anything else I cant help you! BUT the manager will call you in the morning...he went home already. His name is Mckenna. I called..he was at the dealership...he spewed a bunch of lies and when he said HE was the one who was with GARY and told him the exact price on the remaining balance and I said that is a lie because it was a female he then transferred the call to a voice message. So...if you want to do business with this dealership...do so at your own risk. IN MY OPINION THEY WILL SAY OR DO ANYTHING TO SELL YOU A CAR including right out from under YOU!... AND AT YOUR EXPENSE!!! More

I took my G37 in for service this week and i had a wonderful expierence. I worked with Stephanie, she was very kind and made sure i had everything i needed to make my visit comfortable, along with oth wonderful expierence. Very easy to deal with, they worked very hard to match me with the right vehicle for what I wanted. This was by far the worst car buying experience ever. Avoid this dealership at all cost. They will lie and say anything to get a deal. I would drive out of state prior to purchasing with them. They tried to start negotiations $3k over MSRP claiming due to popularity the vehicle was purchased at a premium. They quoted one price and then tried to add an extra $5610 on the back end - very unethical practices. I agree with another reviewer - they act like great friends until you sign papers. We too felt held hostage for hours. A gentlemen there with us mentioned he was there for over six hours.The only positive was James the salesman. It is unfortunate that we'll never refer anyone due to Mike McKenna and Josh the sales manager. Please save yourself a huge headache and go to Infiniti of Charlotte. More
This past Saturday was my first visit to Lake Norman Infiniti and I must say it was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The experience was so great that I went in for service and lef Infiniti and I must say it was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The experience was so great that I went in for service and left with a brand new car! Matias was very personable and gave me every option possible to ensure me that I was getting the best deal available to me. He really took time to explain everything and made sure things worked out to my favor. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful and really made me feel like I was part of their family there. This is my 7th car and when the time comes for my 8th I will be sure to purchase from Lake Norman Infiniti. My one day experience has earned them a customer for life. Thanks to everyone that I encountered there and I look forward to seeing everyone again soon! More

We knew what model we were interested in, but not much about the features and options that were available. Tom Lewis patiently explained what we asked about, offering additional useful information along about the features and options that were available. We did not buy on our first trip, but the next day we went back and worked with Tom to purchase the car we wanted. Service department failed the DMV inspection for "tire dry rot" on my car. Car and tires have less than 28K miles. I took it to 3 independent people: certified Ford Mechanic who still does work for us on the side, Toyota of Concord, and the DMV Inspectors themselves. NONE of them could not find any reason for the failure nor could they find any dry rot. Funny how I need almost $2000 in products and services to pass when only 2 weeks prior I did an oil change which included a tire inspection and rotation; everything was good then. To make matters worse, Rob Tancredi, the service manager actually had the stones to get into an argument with me and claim that he gave me free brake work when I in fact paid $900+ for those brakes; coincidentally, I didn't believe I needed to begin with. Not only that, he took almost 2 weeks to do the job! I have documented proof that these guys are ripping people off by using DMV inspections to attempt to sell unnecessary products. I don't trust these guys with either of my two Infinitis. Stay away!!! Find another dealer! More
