In worked for Infiniti for 20 years, the car was certified by the dealer and, a certified pre owned Infiniti had to come with 2 keys. After a month of being ignored by Michael Hartley, I contacted the sales manager Joe L. And tried to get help from him and was assured he would make it happen. What joke. This bunch is little more than charlatans. I am m in the process of contacting Infiniti and, calling legal. I was getting suspicious and I recorded all the phone calls. Caveat emptor!!! More

Overall buying process was easy (pre-arranged financing with my bank and went to dealership with a specific car in mind) and I love the car; however, I would strongly recommend reconsidering a purchase if with my bank and went to dealership with a specific car in mind) and I love the car; however, I would strongly recommend reconsidering a purchase if you are not from North Carolina and will need to register the car in another state. When I specifically asked, I was assured that the registration process would be smooth given their use of a third party who specializes in out of state registrations. I followed up with the dealership each week for 7 weeks after buying the car before finally being told that the third party needed additional documentation due to me arranging my own financing. Normally, this would have been only a minor inconvenience; however, it’s now a bigger issue for me because the dealership asserts that they can only issue one 30-day temporary tag, which is furthermore problematic for me because 1) My apartment complex tows cars with expired plates and 2) I will incur additional costs (~$54/day RT) due to having to Uber to and from work each day that I am unable to drive the car because of expired temporary plates. I have had the car for 8 weeks now and am still waiting on my license plates. More

I was sold the car were the rotors and brakes were not in the best condition. the sales representative was not very transparent about that matter. as a result, I’m now having to take it back up there to get the best condition. the sales representative was not very transparent about that matter. as a result, I’m now having to take it back up there to get it serviced and only had the car a week. The sales rep did not communicate everything in full transparency before I purchase the vehicle, which leads to a negative buying experience. More

I went to this dealership just to look at a QX50 having never really looked at them before. The salesman showed me to different levels to compare. He wasn’t pushy at all and got answers to all of my questi never really looked at them before. The salesman showed me to different levels to compare. I traded 2023 Nissan Maxima with about 3,000 mi on it for a 2021 Infiniti Q50 when I drove the vehicle I told the guy the salesperson I said there's something wrong with the rotors that warped I said they do a 2021 Infiniti Q50 when I drove the vehicle I told the guy the salesperson I said there's something wrong with the rotors that warped I said they don't need to be replaced he didn't say a word when we got back with all the paperwork and everything was all good you know $1,800 you know extended warranty and everything like that when I left the dealership again the rotors as soon as I hit the brakes were warped so I called back and I talked to the salesperson and I told him I said man do that I told you these rotors were bad he gave me his butt to kiss and hung up in my face I called back about 5 to 10 minutes later I wanted to talk to the general manager with the owner and they wanted me to talk to the finance guy and I said finance doesn't have anything to do with the quality of my service and he says well he'll call you right back be on the lookout for his call call you right back here it is almost an hour later and I'm not received a call I would not buy a Hot Wheels or Mattel matchbox car from this dealership they got my money they sold me a vehicle and also the signal is not working he said oh they did a full inspection on the vehicle they couldn't have done that because the rotors are warped and one of the signal lights is out now I'm going to have to fix that myself so don't buy any cars for them y'all for real I wouldn't buy I wouldn't buy anything I wouldn't buy anything including a Hot Wheels car from them I would not give them I mean they already showed me from day one with their service is going to be like and they gave me that butt to kiss and nobody called me back so y'all can go up there and be fools if you want to. More
