Very poor communication regarding pending warranty work For the past two years, I have suffered a "fool's paradise" regarding the bad communication offered by the Dealership. Over two years there has never For the past two years, I have suffered a "fool's paradise" regarding the bad communication offered by the Dealership. Over two years there has never been one phone call confirming my warranty parts were on hand to repair my Genesis. From tires to internal repair work, not one phone call to confirm my warranty work was in and please bring in my car. The last time, four months ago, they gave me a free oil change because the parts were never ordered. Today, four months later, still no phone call. My lease was expiring I was serious about rolling into the new Genesis 90, I met with the Genesis salesman, who made me look up my payoff, he was "too busy," I called him two days later, left a voice mail message, he never called me back about the new car, can you imagine? Needless to say, I went back to Audi and their tremendous service. As much as I loved my Genesis, Lake Norman Hyundai taught me to leave the car. More

I chose this dealership from my great experiences in the past even though I currently live in SC. If you want a car salesman who's arrogant, rude and has absolutely no idea what he is doing Thomas is your guy. They come up with numbers from nowhere- prices higher than whats on the internet and try and trick you. Then when your salesman doesn't actually check into how much you owe on your lease and gives you bogus number, tries to pressure you into signing it.. you say no and he comes back with a number 2k higher because he didnt do his research in the first place. The finance manager is another unprofessional clown who looks like he just rolled out of bed. Also it gets better!! Their customer service agent Monet calls to ask how my experience was- acts concerned then never calls me back. Guess what.. I rode down to gastonia and they earned my 23k :) Seriously never do business with these people- they are why people hate dealerships and buying cars. More
