Avoid at all costs I wrestled all day about if I should write this review after what happened the last time I wrote a negative review on this dealership, but in the end I wrestled all day about if I should write this review after what happened the last time I wrote a negative review on this dealership, but in the end I will not be bullied and harassed by the owner like I was last time. What do I consider being harassed, asking the dealership to NOT call or email me, and then having the owner do so time and time again until I removed the review just to stop being bothered. Do not care what he says or does, not happening this time. We were interested in a very specific car there and for some reason went there after contacting the dealership online and being told someone would get back to us immediately. No one ever bothered to contact us but stupid me still went. When we arrived we were greeted and asked if we were being helped, we said we were just looking but did not see the car we came to see. We were told it was in another lot and were introduced to one of the sales people who went to get the car. Everything was fine and pleasant and he explained some features of the car and allowed us to go alone to test drive. When we came back we thanked him and explained again we were just on a fact finding mission, and that is when the high pressure started. He kept asking us to evaluate our current car for trade in. We explained we really didn't want to trade it in because we would get nothing for it, especially with the cosmetic problems. He kept pushing and pushing until we finally relented because he claimed the dealership "really, really" wanted this car, a 12 year old SUV. We watched the "evaluation, if you even call it that. They looked around the car, opened a couple doors and that is it. Never opened the hood, never opened the tailgate, and especially never test drove it. He comes back and then starts nitpicking the car and does exactly what I said, offered us next to nothing on it. We wanted to leave but they were holding our keys and wanted to give us numbers. My wife reiterated we were not buying that day but they still insisted. We asked three times for our keys back and he would not return them. After almost 40 minutes I was getting angry and wanted my keys. He came back with their "best" price which was over $1,500 more than the 4 other dealerships we had gone to. When we said no way we would be interested EVERYTHING changed. Suddenly there was an attitude and comments like "no way another dealership is offering that price because they would lose money" and "if they are offering that deal you should jump all over it". When I proclaimed I planned to, he got even more pissed off and tried to show us the "invoice" price and claimed they were losing money. When I said about the holdback dealerships got from Hyundai he got furious I knew that and refused to look at the text I had received being offered that deal. I then asked why they charged over $1,000 to do the paperwork, to which he replied they didn't, they I pointed out the $799 "doc" fee and the $329 "miscellaneous" fees, grand total $1,329. I sold cars and know what a scam these fees are, especially when they could not explain what the "miscellaneous" fee was. I then said I want my keys now, and as he was going to get them I asked what year a car was they just pulled in, to which he replied in a snark tome" I HAVE NO IDEA". As we were leaving he commented that if we changed our mind to come back in, to which I said not to worry, it won't happen. I will never go to this dealership again as they are pushy, rude, and disrespectful if they don't get their way. I would avoid them like the plague. To the owner, I am publicly telling you do not call me, do not email me. Go ahead and dispute all of this, I have pictures of the documents to prove what I am saying it true. More

He was very patient and went over details of each car multiple times to ensure I was fully comfortable and informed. At the point where it was time for a manager to come and introduce himself, I was very impressed with their "transparency" policy and felt they were being honest and upfront! Ultimately, I chose a vehicle from a different dealership, but only because it just fit my needs better in the end. Sean was very gracious and happy for me that I found the car that worked best for me and wished me luck with it! I highly recommend Sean Tate to anyone shopping for a vehicle at this dealership!! it was a wonderful experience because of him! More
