My New Car I had a great experience, went to the dealer thinking there was no way I could have a new car. Well Hyundai definately changed that for me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I was looking for a used car for my son. I saw two on line that were represented as excellent condition. They certainly were NOT . I had an appoint I was looking for a used car for my son. I saw two on line that were represented as excellent condition. They certainly were NOT . I had an appointment and the rep was almost 2 hours late, then the keys were missing. The manager was rude and condescending. I would never purchase a car from this dealer. They deserve a "star" less than ONE. More

I was a return customer, but sales could care less! Couldn't seem to get the price right!? There seem to be some sort of math issues here. I would agree that ethics are lacking here. They are $2000 dollars over other Hyundai dealerships in the area. More
Stay Away - Terrible Management / Finance Department We purchased a Santa Fe recently, the salesman tried very hard, but the sales manager and the financing department were deceptive and blatantly lied a We purchased a Santa Fe recently, the salesman tried very hard, but the sales manager and the financing department were deceptive and blatantly lied about rates, my credit score and what the monthly payment will be. (Their math didn't add up and luckily I had worked things out independently). I called them out on it and they corrected their figures, but they know we knew that this is part of their gig. I'm sure they take advantage of a lot of people that buy from this location. You need to be wide awake to not get taken advantage of by these guys. The sales man "Scott" was a decent guy who worked hard, however the ethics stopped with him. More

I went to buy another one and the dealership has completly change in one year. All new people, the sale man Alex tried very hard to assist me but the sales manager was useless. All he wanted to do was bs me and do much of nothing. He offer me nothing for a BMW poor kbb valve when the car look better then the one I waned to buy. The car I wanted to buy wasn't filty dirty and the reason I got was it was just traded in. They put it on the internet before even getting it ready to sell. I stayed over three hours to work out a deal and he comes back to me with the same crap. Told me I could go and get my own bank to get a better interest rate. Hey that's what your dealer charges to do for that extra dealer fee. Well I left no deal since I already brought two cars they didn't seem to care about customer loyalty. I contact the general manager by email and no reply. The sale general manager called the next day and said he would contact the banks on Monday morning and call me back, no call. I asked him about lowering the price on the car no response. If I could contact the owner I would have but there is no information to be able to contact him. So there lost I will not buy there again or refer anyone. I have referred five people who all brought cars, not anymore. So stay away unless you want to be made a fool of. More

The Toyota dealership I went to in Farmington nm had a template that they went over with you, this dealership just claims they did it and it looks fine. Ill try the Toyota dealership next time, and I wouldn't recommend this place. More

However, he was out of office when I came in to finalize sale with my credit union financing. This should have been no more than 90 min. process ended up 4 hours. To top it the General Mgr was extremely rude when we declined their financing. Additionally charged $699 document fee!! Also refused to provide the CPO info I asked for. I plan to write my review in other related resources now that I have had time to calm down. Hopefully my experience was an exception More
