first time visit to service department service department seems to be understaffed or overwhelmed, recently bought new Hyundai and needed first oil change, walked in and service advisor ask service department seems to be understaffed or overwhelmed, recently bought new Hyundai and needed first oil change, walked in and service advisor asked if I had an appointment, I stated no, was advised he had room full of waiting people and needed to make appointment next week. He was very short and did not even offer his card or name for a rerun visit. Salesman promoted service when I purchased car, never mentioned needing appointment weeks in advance for basic service.
