I knew I wanted another SUV with comparable features of my 2001 Lexus RX 300 which was my dream car 17 years ago. Looking at cars on the road I saw some I liked better than others. Side profile and way the lights looked were important. I eliminated the Lexus and other Toyotas because of the hideous grill and extended tail lights-ugh! Considered Ford Edge, Mazda, Lincoln, and several others. We live about an equal distance from Gastonia and Huntersville so after several outings in Gastonia we decided to go to Huntersville to look. My last words out of my mouth before entering the Hyundai dealership was - we're not buying anything today! Jeremy Rawls greeted us at the door. He was very patient asking what we were looking for in a car. After looking at several models of the Santa Fe he helped us decide which model had the features that were important to me.. He took time to answer questions and showed us how to access and use options I was not familiar with. Jeremy made the whole car buying process a lot less stressful. More

I felt as if I was under no pressure in buying a vehicle, and also I came in there unexpectedly and started asking about specifics for a vehicle listed online. The staff got that specific vehicle ready and let me test drive it. I was thoroughly impressed and bought the vehicle right there. I brought a friend who was much more knowledgeable with vehicles and he did most of the talking and negotiating. In the end we were able to work out an amazing deal that I have finally walked away with a car that I love and with options and warranties that I feel benefited me for once.
