I have visited Lkn jeep Chrysler for quite sometime now. The service has always been the best. As I waited for them to service my jeep I decided to visit the showroom to see the new vehicles. While browsing a gentleman named KJ asked if he could be of any service to me. He showed me some of the new vehicles as well as allowed me to drive one of them. I told him I was interested in the new jeep grand cherokees. I asked if he could give me some information and do alittle leg work for me on best pricing. Within an hour of leaving the emails came through as well as a follow up phone call. I was back the next day and they offered me a great deal as well as the best offer I could have ever received for my trade in. I walked away with probably the best vehicle I've ever bought. My AC recently went out in my Escape. I was close to Lake Norman Chrysler so I thought I would have them take a look at it and see what they could do. They were really great. They were able to fix my car and Norman Chrysler so I thought I would have them take a look at it and see what they could do. They were really great. They were able to fix my car and the price was great to. An AC isn't cheap but I called the Ford dealership close to my home to price it and Lake Norman was cheaper. They even had a loner car for me so that I didn't have to stay at the dealership all day. I have been back to get my car serviced (oil change) and will continue to do so! More

I recently found myself in the situation that no one wants to be in but thank goodness for the guys at Lake Norman Chrysler. Last Sunday I was getting into my Charger when I noticed a small crack on the wants to be in but thank goodness for the guys at Lake Norman Chrysler. Last Sunday I was getting into my Charger when I noticed a small crack on the passenger side of my windshield. First thing Monday morning I drove over to the dealership and Josh was able to assist me in getting a windshield ordered and get me an appointment for Wednesday. Wednesday morning I pulled up to the dealership where I was greeted promptly by Jamie. He was helpful and gave me a time of completion so that my busy other half would be know when to drop me back off. The windshield was great and they even finished ahead of schedule. I will go back for any other services needed. More

I’ve been a customer for about 10 years, having bought from first car from them. Today, however, was an exceptional visit. I needed to have my spark plugs changed in my Chrysler 300C. Mind you, I’ve had o from first car from them. Today, however, was an exceptional visit. I needed to have my spark plugs changed in my Chrysler 300C. Mind you, I’ve had oil changes and tire rotations with them which have been quick and easy. First off, I was able to quickly and effortlessly schedule my appointment. When I called, the phone was picked up promptly… no ring after ring after ring. When I drove up this morning I was checked in quickly and was able to go about running my errands close by. When I came back a few hours later my car was ready to go… and not only was it ready to go, it was CLEAN. Check out was seamless and I was back on my way in no time. I must say, I have been and continue to be happy with the service and experience I have had at Lake Norman and am actually looking forward to when and if they get Fiats in. I’ll be one of the first to buy one from them! More

Terry and Josh went beyond the call of duty in servicing my Jeep. It seems with these two employees covering the service end your service has nothing but improved.
