My experiences with this location have always been very pleasant but my most recent with service has been GREAT! Andrew was my contact person and he always returned my calls very quickly and is absolutely one of the nicest people there, he kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and even took care of a recall issue without me even having to ask, I am very happy that I bought my vehicle here and will always recommend to anyone looking for a new car. I assumed since I drove a Volvo I needed to service it at a place who specialized in that…I assure you I will only use LNCDJR from now on…I also look forward to test driving some Cherokee's when it's time for me to buy a new vehicle! This is one of those dealerships that still believes that customer satisfaction is more important than selling cars. They will go the extra mile for you from the time you purchase your vehicle, till the day customer satisfaction is more important than selling cars. They will go the extra mile for you from the time you purchase your vehicle, till the day you bring it back for service. I have brought my 2013 RAM in for some warranty work, and due to my work schedule and having to pick up the kids, it is impossible to stay there and wait for the work to be finished. Each time, they were courteous enough to to provide me with a loaner of my choice ( yes, I did say of my choice, which on this last trip was a LOADED 2013 Dart) fast in and out service so I can get back and pick up the kids, and always a warm smile and utmost polite attitude. Andrew is always a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him for a service adviser. He goes out of his way to keep me and my husband happy with the work performed on the vehicle, always has the car washed and looking spotless for when I pick it up. I cannot say enough about them, and could go on with the sale department as well, but honestly, what sells me on a dealer is the Service department. They are the ones you deal with for the life of your car. Just to let you know how much I like this place, keep in mind I drive from Clover SC to come see them, and I have other Dodge dealers within 15 min of my house. More

I had some issues with my 2012 Town and Country and I am so thankful to Terry for his candor and willingness to assist in servicing my vehicle and for introducing my husband and I to Russell Owen to assist in purchasing my new vehicle. Russell was very attentive and kind in the purchasing process and introduced us to Christine Campo who was great. She was patient, took us on 2 test drives and was personable in every way in the process. She was helpful and helped make the process seamless. I can say I'm glad to have worked with her on purchasing this new vehicle. My first experience at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep wasn't something I was fond of and I actually dreaded going back to the dealership when I had issues with my 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT. The day I went wasn't something I was fond of and I actually dreaded going back to the dealership when I had issues with my 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT. The day I went back to the dealership, I met Andrew Sciramko and it's because of him that my feelings about the dealership are starting to change. Andrew was flat-out awesome to work with. I found him sympathetic with my issues with my new car and I also found him willing to go above and beyond his duties to satisfy me. He is a prime example of what customer service is all about and honestly makes Lake Norman CDJ look flawless. I honestly believe with his integrity and business-like structure, everyone in that establishment can learn something from him. I'm an active member in the racing community, working on the NASCAR circuit. If my fellow colleagues or racers need a recommendation for service, I will tell them to go see Andrew Sciramko, because I know that will be in good hands, I guarantee it. I had a few misunderstandings regarding my '08 Jeep Wrangler rear window. After given a substantially higher quote than what was previously discussed I decided not to get the window. I came back after a long rough day to pick my Jeep up, where I found it soaked due to a large storm. I just wanted to leave but Robin ensured me that something could be done to make my experience at Lake Norman Jeep at least half-way enjoyable. After he listened to me calmly vent, he asked what year my vehicle was and walked away. To my surprise, he came back with a brand new window still in the box!! He then said that this was the least he could do for all of my troubles, which had nothing to do with him in the first place. Beyond the clarification issues that I originally had, and the random monsoon that soaked my Jeep; my overall experience at Lake Norman Jeep and with Robin Robinette was very enjoyable and I will definitely be returning because of their friendly personality and willingness to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. We Came in for a Repair and walked away with a New Car. Kenneth went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. We were in the market for a new Jeep, but what we were looking for was on the lot so we Kenneth went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. We were in the market for a new Jeep, but what we were looking for was on the lot so we just moved our timeframe up. We were looking around the lot while our other Jeep was in for repairs. Kenny stopped what he was doing and showed us a few Jeeps that were meeting the criteria we had set. We have taken the New Jeep Grand Cherokee already for a 400 mile trip and it exceeded our expectations of how it should ride. We are highly pleased with the service and sales of this Grand Cherokee. All the other employee's went out of their way to help keep a 15 month old busy. More
There were minor cosmetic body pieces that had to be replaced under warranty. This visit also entailed an oil change. Frank Sparrow, Parts Director, went out of his way to ensure the replacement parts were available in a timely fashion. He also cut through the red tape so I could get the work done in a timely fashion, saving me two to three weeks of waiting. Robin Robinette, Service Director, as always, kept an eye out for me and ensured that my service call was a five star experience. Jeff Coble, the "mechanic" or specialist who did the work, is one of the most knowledgeable and efficient I have found. He never rushes the work; makes sure that it is done properly; takes the time to ensure that I understand why and how the work was done; and gives me useful information/knowledge about my vehicle. I wouldn't take my Challenger to another "mechanic". Jack Salzman the owner is available if your experience isn't what you expected. I have never had to complain to him, but he is always friendly when I pop my head in to say hello. Mark Mosayebi, the man who sold me my car, is also available if I have any questions about the vehicle, or if, in the unlikely possibility, my service wasn't performed correctly. And this is almost two years after he sold me the vehicle. Also, while I was there, they found another body part that needed replacing that I had not noticed. They procured the part in short order and the work was done then. They are that detailed in their work habits. Thank you Jeff Coble for seeing the bad part; and thank you Frank Sparrow for "finding" the part and saving me another trip to the dealership. Finally, from the day I began considering the purchase to my most recent experience, I have been treated with respect and courtesy. The service department is excellent. Everyone I have ever had contact with at the dealership, for any reason, has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And here I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me check out. Even that experience was excellent. I know this review sounds a little "over the top". But everything I have written has actually been my experience. I have to drive an hour and twenty minutes one way to have my service done there (and there are closer Dodge dealers). Do I recommend this dealership? Constantly and emphatically. If my friends ask where to buy or get service, I gladly tell them about Lake Norman Chrylser Dodge Jeep Ram. More
