Andrew Sciranko contacted me to advise that new tires were needed, but that they had also found an old lug nut key lying around that they would give us. :) I ended up doing some price comparison and decided that the price he quoted was very fair. Once I got back to the dealership, he sat down with me and pulled up price comparisons with a few competitors and sure enough Lake Norman Jeep etc.. was offering the lower price all around. Great service there! We also needed to order a few interior parts for the passenger seat. They were ordered, and the once the parts came in, it was determined that one part was not the correct color (system error), so they had to re-order the part. In the meantime, by son was vehicle was involved in a minor accident and his car was at Wilburn Auto Body. They had agreed to throw the parts on for us, but when we learned that the wrong part was in, they were unable to do so. When I explained this to Andrew, he said he would see to it that they took care of it. I had to then bring the vehicle back in for a rear brake replacement. At this apt. Andrew saw to it that the parts were installed correctly as promised and ensured the back brakes were replaced. I am confident that when dealing with Andrew we are going to get the best level of care we could receive and I feel he is honest and knows how to treat his customers fairly. I trust this staff to always give me a fair deal, which is not a common feeling when talking about car mechanics and car salesmen. I purchased my Jeep here new a couple of years ago and I still bring it in here for routine checks and oil changes. Recently, I began having some minor mechanical problems with a leak in my power steering rack. Despite being over my warranty, the service department rewarded my loyalty and took care of everything at no charge. Not only did they provide me with a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced, but they were very transparent and accessible throughout the process. Many of my friends and family have had good experiences here as well, and based on other reviews I've read online, this is a pretty consistent theme across their entire customer base. More

I have been taking my Jeep Liberty to this dealership since 2009 and have always had great service. My experience has been even better since meeting and working with Andrew as my service advisor. I first met him about a year ago when I had an issue with my 4 wheel drive. Throughout the entire process he was extremely professional as well as friendly and engaging. You can tell that Andrew is very knowledgeable at what he does, and he goes the extra mile to make sure his customers know that he really cares about them. He makes his customers feel comfortable, and I always feel like he takes the time to make me a priority when I am there. I will definitely continue to go back to Andrew anytime I need to take my Jeep into the dealership. I trust him that he will find the best solution to any problem I have with my car, and he is just wonderful to work with. He is a great asset to LNCJDR and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have had an ongoing problem with my key fob's for my 2010 Ram 1500 and more or less learned to live with it. More recently, the problem got worse and was further complicated by a sensor and module as my 2010 Ram 1500 and more or less learned to live with it. More recently, the problem got worse and was further complicated by a sensor and module associated with the alarm system, causing additional problems to an otherwise satisfying ownership experience with my first truck. In working with Drew and Robin, the service coordinator and manager, they were proactive enough to coordinate my visit to the dealer when the MOPAR rep was in town to take advantage of the latest diagnostic software that Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Ram has added to its service department. Not only did they easily identify the problem, but extended a good will opportunity to me and treated the situation as an extended warranty scenario for a loyal customer. I go there for all of my service, including oil changes, and it was very gratifying to have the real folks representing the dealership treat me like I mattered, and I was worth every effort to make my ownership experience with a Ram truck rock solid long after the sale. It takes strong ownership for key employees to be able to operate with that level of commitment to the customer. Thanks to Drew and his manager Robin both for listening to, considering and ultimately satisfying my concerns like my business really mattered. As the son of a mechanic who finally retired after 50 years of sacrificial service to his customers, I have no hesitation saying that's "old school" commitment to a customer, and I say, "Bravo", and "thank you"! Terry in service was very helpful and easy to talk to. I wanted to block out some heat so I decided to get my windows tinted, Terry called Alvin who is the dealerships window tinter who was very knowledgeable in window films, he went over my options and made it very clear as to how much protection I would receive with the window film. I've had many vehicle's tinted but the job this dealership did was excepexceptionally well not to mention the were finished with my entire car in about an hour. I highly recommend this dealership and in July I will definitely pupurchase my brand new 2014 from here, not to mention Terry told me that every new vehicle comes with free window tint which is a big plus. Keep up the good work guys!!! More
It is my distinct pleasure to write this reveiw on Andrew of your service department. I first met Andrew on the monday following New Year's day three years ago. My wife and I had just come out of worship of your service department. I first met Andrew on the monday following New Year's day three years ago. My wife and I had just come out of worship services on sunday to discover the FOB key inoperable on our '08 Dodge Caravan. Friends drove us home and I had our vehicle towed into the local Chrysler Dodge dealership on monday. I didn't have any experience with FOBs and was astonished at how expensive they were. Andrew, helped allay my fear when he was able to procure a replacement FOB at a great discount price. He' been my service writer ever since. Not only did he look after us, but he did so with a very pleasant personality and professionalism. It was easy to discern that his parents and upbringing had schooled him well on how to get along with people. Anytime I'm near this dealership in Cornelius, I make it a point to come in to see Andrew and have a cup of coffee. He is a fine young man to be around; years ahead of his age in terms of knowledge of your product brands and experience. If I need dealer assistance, Lake Norman Dodge is where I go. I firmly believe in the law of reciprocity - we're paid back for the goodwill we pay for others. It's difficult to truly impress me in the work-a-day world. As a Christian, 32nd-degree Scottish Rights Freemason, Shriner, Life and Health insurance broker for other 30 years, Husband/Father and combat-wounded Vietman veteran (Green Beret Captain).
